Terms of Use

Welcome to Rhonda Lisi Fine Art. By visiting or making a purchase on this site, you agree to these terms.

Artwork & Ownership All paintings, images, and content on this site are my original work and remain my intellectual property. Please do not reproduce or use any artwork without my written permission.

Purchases & Originals All sales are final. Original oil paintings are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Commissions A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work and is applied toward the final price. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Shipping & Damage I carefully package every piece. Once handed to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Limitation of Liability I strive to provide accurate information and good work, but I cannot be held liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Changes to Terms These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
