By accessing or purchasing from Rhonda Lisi Fine Art, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Original Artwork & Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Rhonda Lisi. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any artwork is strictly prohibited.

Purchases All sales are final. Prints are made to order and original paintings are one-of-a-kind. I cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Commissions A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin a commission and is applied toward the final price. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Shipping Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. I am not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once the item is handed to the carrier.

Limitation of Liability Rhonda Lisi Fine Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of artwork.
